Working on a Chatbot

Last week, Mr. Wong introduced us to Amazon Web Services (AWS). We have our own educational accounts, and we are going to use it to create our own AI chatbots. Mr. Wong had the idea for us to create a HelpDesk chatbot. Currently, Rishabh and I are working on brainstorming ideas for the chatbot. We want it to provide help to users, but also be capable of scheduling appointments if it can not find its own solution. Hopefully, we can complete it within the next two weeks.
